Jenny Chu, CAE, is a certified coach and organizational development consultant who cares deeply about helping people reach their full potential. Jenny believes organizations win when they prioritize their people. 

Having spent the majority of her career in small organizations and nonprofits, she is intimately familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with these types of organizations. She especially enjoys working with small teams, nonprofits, and association professionals.

Jenny received her Bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from the University of Richmond and her Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. She lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her husband, two daughters, and their allotment from the Cat Distribution System.
